The operator
The Happiness Fund is operated by Mitchell Mottram, a sole trader, trading as The Happiness Fund and Mottram Media. Contact: mitchellmottram@gmail.com.
Business correspondence: Mottram Media. A complete postal correspondence address is still pending publication. We are stating that gap plainly rather than inventing one; it must be published before the merchandise shop opens.
Not a charity
The Happiness Fund is a commercial media and social-impact business, not a registered charity. Memberships, one-off support and sponsorship are business income. They are not charitable donations, are not eligible for Gift Aid and should not be represented as such.
What the business does
We create and publish content, meet and verify people, and use part of our income to fund positive experiences, goods or practical help. Paying us does not create a trust, make money legally ring-fenced for a particular recipient, or give the payer control over who receives help.
