Hannah sharing a hug during the filmed story

Story #002 · £250 personally funded by Kristian

A stranger. £250. A properly good human.

Kristian at Steel Fitness Ltd in Thetford heard about Hannah. He didn't know her. He helped anyway.

Small act. Real help.

£250 of his own money. For someone he'd never met.

When we shared Hannah's situation, Kristian stepped in with £250 personally. Not a membership payment. Not money taken from the giving pot. Just one person choosing to help a total stranger.

Hannah received the help. The filmed moment is below, and the money record is on our open ledger. No need to manufacture an inspirational ending: someone showed up, someone helped, and that matters.

“If I was, I would like to hope someone could help out.”

Kindness came back round

He gave without expecting anything. Darren had other ideas.

Darren Barker loved Kristian's kindness. To say thank you, he arranged two tickets for Kristian to the DAZN boxing fight on 24 October — worth £712.11 in total, according to Mitchell.

Kristian stepped up for a stranger. Now he gets a night at the boxing. A rather good reminder that the person doing the helping deserves a good day too.

Kristian is our third person helped. The £712.11 ticket value is included in our given-away total as a gifted experience from Darren, not cash paid out by The Happiness Fund. The value is reported by Mitchell; ticket or valuation evidence has not yet been published. Members' money is untouched.

Three people helped. Just getting started.
